Here's how cremation works:

After the funeral service, your loved one is taken in their coffin to a cremation facility. We do this with the utmost care.

The facility staff verify your loved one's identity and ensure all paperwork is in order.

Your loved one is then moved to the cremation room on a purpose-built trolley.

To ensure your loved one's identity is maintained throughout, a nameplate from their coffin stays with them during the entire process.

The cremation itself takes approximately 1.5 hours at very high temperatures.

Once cooled, the remains are carefully processed into a fine powder.

These ashes are placed in a container with the nameplate attached, ready to be returned to you.
